1.1 Shipping cost & Time

We offer free shipping when you spend over $40 or more to anywhere in Australia and internationally.

For purchases below $40, we charge a flat rate of $6.75 for domestic shipping and $9.95 for international shipping.

1.2 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to a select group of countries.

1.3 When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after your payment has cleared.

1.4 I just ordered and want to change something. How do I do it?

1.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Please email the customer service department immediately at goelavish01@gmail.com and if your order has not shipped we will be glad to change it. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

1.6 The item arrived broken, what can I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service Department at goelavish01@gmail.com with photos/videos of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

1.7 There is a missing/defective/incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

1.8 Where is my order? I haven't received it yet.

We ask that customers allow 7 to 15 business days for domestic shipping. For international shipping, we ask that customers allow 10 to 23 business days.

Please Note: GOELAVISH will NOT take responsibility for incorrect/insufficient shipping address provided by the customer, or uncollected parcel.

2.1 How do I place an order on your website?

You may create an account, use guest checkout or login in through online site. Creating an account is the best option because you receive exclusive email deals and gain extra benefits.

2.2 What payment methods does goelavish.com accept?

We accept payment via Shopify Secure Payment and all major credit card and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. In addition, Apple Pay and PayPal supported by us.

2.3 Can I cancel or amend my order?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order for any item you purchased from the website for a limited refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for valid reasons or have been unsealed.

3.0 RETURN & EXCHANGE

3.2 Will my refund include shipping charges?

No, postage charges must be paid by the customer.

3.3 What if my return is lost in the post?

We do not take any responsibility for returns that are lost during transit. For that reason, we highly recommend that you use a registered post option with a tracking service, so you can keep an eye on your package at all times if you are returning an item via mail.

3.4 I have a discount/coupon code, how can I use it?

When making a purchase, you can see a discount code input box on the right top of the checkout page or top of the page in mobile devices. Once you enter your purchase code, the discount code applies automatically, and the order amount will be updated.

3.5 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order online, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received successfully. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
