Your satisfaction is our policy

We are 100% committed to making you Happy. For whatever the reason, you can return or exchange your purchased item and get a refund (store credit or money back) within 30 days since you get the order. If 30 days have gone by since you get the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Before shipping any order, each item(s) is hand checked by a trained member of goelavish team to ensure customer get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your item(s) arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you have received a defective or damaged item(s) please take pictures of the defect and contact our customer service department right away. We will work with you to guarantee satisfaction.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We provide exchange service in an easy way. “BUY NEW & RETURN OLD”. Place your new order online for the items you wish and come back to us.

Your new order will be dispatched in 24 hours and previous order will be refunded into your same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase once we received item back.

Please Note, postage will NOT be refunded (if any). For exchange, we don’t charge the handling fee for the refund.

According to the rules, we recommend you do not cut packaging immediately when you receive goods. Read all the information before using the item(s).
  1. Buyer will be responsible for their own shipping cost for returning items unless it’s goelavish mistakes of sending wrong or damaged items.
  1. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of day.

Customer will be given a refund in two options:

  1. Store Credit: GOELAVISH will refund FULL AMOUNT store credit including the postage (if any). The credit validates for the 1 Year. You can use/share the store credit for any item on our online website.
  2. Refund to your original paid credit card or PayPal account: iPhoneCasesAus will refund the product cost deducting of $7 handling fees. Please note, postage cost (if any) Will NOT refunded unless wrong or damaged product send by GOELAVISH.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
